			Dr. Grace O. Doane Alden Public Library Children's Programming Details Preschool Story Hour August through May 9:30-10:30 am Children three to five years of age are welcome to join us for books, games, crafts, snack and fun! Held Tuesdays and Friday Mornings. Any Question about Story Hour or the programming please contact the Children's Librarian. If school is delayed or cancelled due to weather, Story Hour will be cancelled. Your safety and the safety of our employees is important to us. Game Day* Wednesdays through May 2:30-5:00 pm School-aged children are welcome to join us for an afternoon of gaming! Kids can participate in Dance Dance Revolution, as well as various board and card games. Book Club Fridays through May 4:00-4:30 pm School-aged kids can join us to enjoy a few chapters from a novel and some snack, as well as a prize for participating. Summer Reading 2009 Not necessarily Children but... This year, for the first time, we are offering a teen and adult Summer reading program to run concurrently with our youth program. Patrons 12 years of age and older are invited to participate in Book Bingo! Come to the library on Wednesday, July 1, 2009 between 1:30 and 5:30 to pick up your game card. You will have until August 12, 2009 to complete your card and return it to the library for the chance to win some really wonderful prizes! Hope to see you there!
